The Andean Wisdom School is a sacred learning space devoted to honoring and transmitting the living wisdom of the Andes. Through experiential retreats and initiatory trainings held throughout the year, students from around the world are invited to embody ancient healing teachings, restore balance within themselves, and anchor the ancestral prophecies into the modern era.
This is not a touristic experience. It is a path of relationship — with the Elements, the Apus, the land, and the living energy of Kawsay.
The Essence of the Andean Wisdom School
The Andean Wisdom School is a recurring, experiential training space.
Rooted in reverence, reciprocity, and harmony with nature, the School offers immersive retreats throughout the year — each one part of a larger initiatory pathway.
Participants may join a single training or deepen over time through multiple immersions.
In collaboration with Q’ero and other respected lineages, the School bridges ancient cosmology and modern life through ceremony, elemental practices, sacred coca teachings, and embodied healing work.
It is a path of relationship — with the land, the elements, and the living field of Andean wisdom.

As individuals embody indigenous wisdom and anchor those teachings into the modern era in an aligned way, and as they live in right relationship with nature, each other, and themselves, a global culture of balance, reciprocity, and planetary healing unfolds.

As a central initiative of Pachānanda School and Retreat Center in Cusco, Peru, The Andean Wisdom School is a sacred space created to hold the energy of the cosmic ancestral prophecies.
We empower people from around the world to embody ancient healing teachings that restore balance within themselves, their communities, and the Earth.
Structure of the Andean Wisdom School
The School offers multiple retreats/trainings throughout the year, all designed to include students ranging from beginners to advanced practitioners, as all experiences are experiential and participatory.
That said, you may choose to join one of the trainings or multiple trainings, in whichever order works for you.

The Andean Wisdom School is built in direct, long-standing relationship with Q’ero lineage holders and respected Andean maestros.
This collaboration is not recent or symbolic. Dora — Program Developer, Teacher and Spiritual Guide — and Niki — School Founder and Director of Pachānanda Retreat Center — have been in relationship and collaboration with Q’ero maestros Víctor and Celia for over a decade. The School itself arises from this sustained connection, trust, and shared vision.
Rather than presenting extracted teachings, the School is structured as a living partnership in which local maestros actively guide and shape the transmission of knowledge.
This co-creative model honors reciprocity, authenticity, and right relationship — safeguarding ancestral continuity while responsibly anchoring the teachings in today’s world.

Don Victor Chura Quispe:
Primary Q’ero Maestro of The Andean Wisdom School at Pachānanda
Don Victor Chura Quispe was born in the Q’eros Community, which is located in the high altitudes of the Andean Mountains southeast of Cusco, Peru. He was traditionally initiated on his spiritual path at a young age by being struck by lightning while pastoring the family herds in the mountains…

Don Victor spent a substantial amount of his youth raised by his grandfather and grandmother, from whom he learned and lived the traditional ancestral ways. He lived with his grandfather, who was a wise Paqo in the Q’ero Nation, and was initially trained by him in the teachings and ceremonies as a Paqo, while deeply developing his divination and observation skills. When he was young, Don Victor’s grandfather would tell him he was destined to be a great Paqo and that with his faith and trust in the Apus and Pachamama, he would always be guided in his spiritual path.
Don Victor also trained extensively with his grandmother, who was a very well-known healer consulted and present for women’s health, pregnancy, and delivery. Don Victor trained and explored alongside many great Masters and met his dear wife, Celia Samata Apaza, also from a great family of great healers of the Q’eros. Don Victor is known for the joy and humility he brings to his work, and it is with pride and sincerity that he inspires his students to be an example to follow on this sacred wisdom path.
Celia Samata Apaza:
Q’ero Maestra of The Andean Wisdom School at Pachānanda
Celia Samata Apaza is a lineage holder born in the Q’eros community. She is a weaver, healer, grandmother and pampamesayoq. Celia comes from a family of wisdom keepers and is the granddaughter of Mama Maria Apaza, respected female altamesayoq of the Q’ero.

Celia directly received Karpays and Hampi Illa Khipu from this divine lineage of Mama Maria and she works devoutly to share these gifts. Celia has a powerful and grounded connection to Pachamama, Mama Sirena and the Water Beings, and the Ñustas. Her teachings reflect the sacred gentleness of the divine feminine.
Dora Fronek

Program Developer, Maestra/Teacher, Spiritual Guide
Dora has a life-long career in the healing arts, natural herbal medicine, education, eco-spirituality, and a deep connection with nature. She earned a masters degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, is a former Program Director and Instructor of Therapeutic Massage, has facilitated countless workshops, private and public retreats while maintaining a private clinical practice.

Dora answered the call to move to Peru to apprentice directly with Andean Masters and provides teaching, translation and pilgrimages for private and group sessions. She is a trained ceremonial leader, a pipe-carrier, healer, herbalist, teacher and writer. She is a graceful, courageous advocate who inspires, teaches, and empowers people to be their true spiritual, compassionate self.
